Sales & Marketing Manager
Our client, a PCB manufacturer specialising in designing and supplying bespoke electronic solutions to a wide range of businesses in a variety of industries across the UK, Europe, Asia and the USA, are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team based in Ipswich, Suffolk.
This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with a PCB or Technical Sales background to join an expanding company. The role will initially be office based with development into a field sales role 50% of the time.
Main Duties:
* Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPI's
* Project sales growth and submit detailed monthly and weekly reports to the management team on sales targets and project specifications.
* Maintain an agreed level of pro-active telephone contact with existing and prospective customers.
* Effectively deal with enquiries requesting quotations for the supply of existing products.
* Ensure all quotations requests for development work, which require additional input, are completed on time and are supplied to the prospect.
* Follow up quotations and provide feedback to the management team.
* Work with the Production Manager to agree delivery dates and raise the necessary production works orders.
* Work with the Production/Development team and the customer to efficiently answer general enquiries concerning deliveries.
* Manage the company's social media channels
* Provide monthly newsletters to customers
* Attend networking events
The ideal candidate:
* Will come from a PCB or Technical Sales background.
* Must be enthusiastic, confident and driven.
* Be self-motivated, organised and have the ability to work using their own initiative and manage themselves.
* Possess great communication skills.
* Desire to learn and progress.
