Learning and Development Coordinator / L&D Coordinator
Location: Stafford or Shrewsbury, with travel between sites required
Salary:  £24,449.40 per annum
Permanent, 37 hours per week

A small but enthusiastic L&D team are seeking a person who is passionate about all aspects of the training cycle, is an excellent communicator, enjoys change in a growing environment, can think logically about processes and takes responsibility for the quality of their work..

Your key duties will include effectively providing a high quality blended training and development support service across the Group that encourages continuous learning and personal development.  This includes assisting with the:

  • compilation, recording, budgeting and timely delivery of the annual training needs analysis, mandatory training and personal development plans
  • administration of the Groups growing apprenticeship programme.     
  • regular communication with training providers, managers and employees as this is an essential part of the role.
  • administration of all courses though the HR information system ensuring data is accurate, timely and follows standard operating procedures     
  • e-learning platform, including enrolling, reporting and content reviewing, updating and creation of new content
  • provision and presentation of management information     

The successful candidate must have a GCSE level education in Maths and English and a level 3 CIPD or equivalent (or currently studying) or equivalent practical, vocational experience. Our client would be looking for someone who has had experience of delivering training sessions or inductions along with using and extracting data from a range of software packages and databases.
