Onsite Recruitment specialist Account Manager for Managed Services market leader required in the Basingstoke area.
This is a challenging and varied role where you would manage approximately 50 candidates through 3-4 client's sites ensuring a great recruitment and staff performance is managed at all times.
You will have vast recruitment experience with the ability to manage key client contacts and ensure outstanding service levels for fulfilment and health and safety through management and process assessment.
Duties include:
* Recruitment planning with client and colleagues
* Resourcing personnel for sites and managing compliance, inductions, training and performance.
* Management of KPIs for the SLAs
* Processing of working hours and payroll, bonuses and holiday management.
* Management of compliance and quality
* Health and Safety reporting and accident prevention
* Client meetings and reviews on a very frequent basis and creating effective reports.
* Providing support to colleagues across other regional sites for cover, peak periods and holidays.
The client offers a great salary, car allowance, incentives and training with career progression plus an on call allowance for out of hours.(These sites do not operate night shifts)
The role is full time, you will need to assist in early morning meetings frequently, with core hours of 8:00- 5:30pm
