The Company 

Our client is a global, well respected manufacturer of steelwork clamping systems. Established in 1934, they have earned an enviable reputation as the inventor and pioneer of steelwork clamping systems. This method offers a more economical and quicker means of connection than welding or drilling and bolting. 

Now they are looking to expand their team in Bradford with a new Sales Office Coordinator.

As a Sales Office Co-ordinator, you will have the chance to help maintain the company’s exceptional standards by driving success within their Sales Office, while developing your skills with a globally respected, forward-thinking business.   

The Role  

In the role of Sales Office Co-ordinator, you will maintain communication with distributors and external sales engineers, ensuring that a first-class service is delivered at all times.  

Specifically, you will:  

- Provide accurate quotations to customers 
- Ensure all customer enquiries are followed up and updated on the CRM database 
- Process sales orders  
- Communicate with distributors worldwide  
- Process and follow up all referrals  
- Handle information and sample requests 
- Liaise with external Sales Engineers both in the UK and overseas 

About You  

To be considered as a Sales Office Co-ordinator, you will need:  

- Experience of working in a manufacturing business with an industrial product range 
- Previous experience of working in a sales environment   
- To be used to working with a worldwide distributor network  
- To be computer literate, including MS Office, Excel and Outlook 
- A Level standard Maths and English qualifications (or equivalent)
- An NVQ Level 2 qualification in Business Administration or Customer Service (ideally Level 3)
- Confident negotiation skills 
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills
