Sales Advisor – IVA BLUS82985

Our client is currently one of the largest, UK's fastest-growing and exciting IVA companies.

They are a family run company with a warm family feel and have exciting growth plans for the future. As such they are delighted to be launching their brand new IVA Adviser Training Academy, with the aim to springboard non industry individuals into an exciting financial services sector. 

They are now looking for a number of trainee IVA advisors to join their team in Central Manchester at their brand new £250,000 refurbished office. The office is very close to all transport links so is in an ideal location!

In the role you will be responsible for the full sales process, from initial client phone calls and identifying eligible customers, to liaising with them to package their cases until submission of their IVA. We will give you full training so you will be able to it the ground running.

With a minimum of 1 years’ experience in B2B / B2C outbound sales in a fast faced environment, you will have strong negotiating and influencing skills, be self-motivated, ambitious and money driven, with a flexible working attitude. In addition, you will be an excellent communicator, computer literate and have great attention to detail.

IVA sales experience is not required as the main purpose of this role is to give you the training you need, which also comes with a basic salary increase at every stage.
