An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Resourcer to join an established Friendly forward thinking Apprenticeship/ training company based in Rotherham

The main role of the Recruitment Resourcer is to qualify prospective candidates and book them onto our pre-employment training courses.
Responsibilities:
o Source & Identify potential learners to enrol onto various national training programmes
o Identify & match applicants to vacancies
o Interview potential candidates over the phone
o Create applicant shortlists
o Keep regular contact with enrolled learners during the course
o Provide effective information and guidance to both internal and external customer/clients
o Produce high quality Management information reports
o Liaise with trainers to maximise learner retention
Required Skills:
o
Excellent communication & listening skills
o Previous sales and/or telemarketing experience
o previous recruitment/ recourcing experience would be ideal
o Ability to work well under pressure
o Team player
o Flexible, confident and results driven

Working hours are - 37.5 hours a week
Flexibility required between 9am -5pm OR 11- 7pm Monday to Friday
