Location: UK South & South East inc. London

Package: GBP20-GBP25k salary (BOE) + GBP20k OTE (uncapped), car, laptop, phone & benefits

The Role:

HESIS are looking for an ambitious and driven sales executive to join the rapidly growing southern team to support continued growth within the chosen markets. Our Commercial Sales Executives are responsible for selling specialist maintenance, monitoring and installation services across the Fire, Security, Mechanical and Electrical Compliance sector.

This role is predominately a new business role and you will be expected to generate the sale from lead to close, whilst working in line HESIS core values. Quoting and selling will be made easier by means of simple tablet-based software to help you and our customers understand the offering. Key elements of the role include:

  • Self-generate sales leads
  • Attend local events and shows to exhibit the brand
  • Attend customer meetings and presentations
  • Raise and issue proposals to clients
  • Follow up and close out proposals
  • Support handover to operational delivery team

The Person:

The ideal candidate will work with self-generated and marketing provided leads to win business. You will have a tenacity for success and motivation, as well as be keen to network with local businesses and grow the name and reputation of HESIS within the marketplace.
