Details of the Management Trainee Program
* Leading by example and teaching others the ropes
* Assisting with the growth and recruitment strategies
* Hosting in-house training workshops and conference calls
* Overseeing short-term business trips and remote campaigns
* Territory management and sales forecasting in residential areas and beyond.
All of our Graduate Management Trainee receive in-house product training and a mentor so they're constantly learning, growing and achieving their goals. You'll be working on a self-employed basis to allow for earning uncapped commission only so that you're in control of your career and earnings. We've been operating this way since we first opened, and it's lead to our salespeople earning above the national average!
