Interim Reward Advisor
A leading global company are looking to recruit a talented Reward Advisor to work from their centre of excellence in Worcester.
Working as part of a small Reward team comprising of two other Reward Specialists, this is an opportunity to make a real difference to business performance and employee experience.
In this role the successful candidate would be able to review and analyse external market trends to better their own. While also pro-actively identifying current issues which are negatively impacting their ability to recruit and retain top talent. This role is a contract role for 12 months, offering between GBP30-40k DOE and level of skills.
This can include:
??Review and develop communication relating to Reward topics to enhance understanding amongst managers and employees Skills & Knowledge
??Collating and researching market data
??Support the implementation of the pay review processes for UK based employees
??Monitor changes in the provision of statutory benefits or legislation, identifying and evaluating the impact of the changes on UK sites
??Support the implementation of the company bonus schemes and benefits
??Identify external market developments and trends in benefit provision, evaluating potential opportunities and making recommendations
*Ability to analyse large volumes of complex data,
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to establish credibility and present information effectively
*Advanced user of Excel
*Ability to work well with others and influence
*A Reward specialist, or a strong HR Candidate with exposure to Reward/Comp&Bens
