Our client was created and launched to take this information and combine it with technology, transforming it into a form fit for 21st century classrooms.
They believe careers education is a truly vital part of a student’s educational journey, and that the best resources should be available to both student and teacher. Put simply, they believe careers education deserves better.
They are now seeking a talented Account Manager to join their Customer Delight team, so named because they believe in making sure that those subscribing to their resources are genuinely delighted by them.
What will I get in return?

Our client's team is a small but productive group and is somewhat committed to supporting the growth and diversity of the organisation. It's a place where you can be yourself. They’re informal, passionate about their field, and a little bit quirky.
In this role, you will work with a passionate team of people who are committed to inspiring a love of learning. As you'll be Involved in both sales and servicing responsibilities, it is a great opportunity to combine “hunter” and “farmer” skills and focus on making a growing family of clients successful… and delighted!

The role continues through to providing onboarding and customer support – and of course, delighting our clients.
As an Account Manager, you will make a difference by:
- Proactively following the customer lifecycle process and growing the existing client base
- Demonstrating product value and securing sales of all products in our client's portfolio
- Proactively working with key clients at all times of the year to look at strategic value-add opportunities and to drive engagement with products
- Actively targeting and taking advantage of all growth opportunities
- Building strong trust and rapport with clients throughout their subscriptions, ensuring client retention and growth
What will I need?
- At least two years' new business development sales and/or account management success, achieved ideally within the education or SaaS marketplace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- A flexible and creative thinker
- Great at decision making and problem solving
- Positive and passionate about education
