Our client is a leading JCB dealership with over 20 years of industry expertise. With sites based across the South East, they have a diverse customer base, from small one-person businesses to major international companies.   

Now, our client is looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join them on a part time basis.

What will I be doing?   

As a Receptionist / Administrator, you’ll deliver a high-quality reception service, as well as providing administrative support to the Group HR Manager and the Service Office Manager. 

Specifically, you will:   

- Meet, greet and sign in visitors   
- Respond to telephone queries   
- Assist the Group HR Manager with recruitment, training and other HR activities   
- Perform a range of admin tasks

- Previous experience as a receptionist   
- The ability to provide a high level of customer care   
- To be enthusiastic and friendly   
- Great communication skills   
- Excellent attention to detail
