Retail Operations Manager
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 per week (flexible / part time working considered)
Salary: £23,392 - £25,553 (depending on experience).
Base: Stratford Upon Avon with travel to their retail sites. Own car essential.
Our client is an award-winning Hospice offering services and facilities to day care patients, Hospice at Home, Carers and transitional young people with life limiting illnesses.
They currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Income Generation team working across their 7 retail sites within South Warwickshire and North Cotswolds.
They are looking for applicants with a strong retail background who are able to drive and motivate their front-line staff and volunteers.
The successful applicant will have operational, strategic and sales responsibilities and be confident in merchandising, process implementation and a knowledge of EPOS systems is desirable but not essential.
