Customer Service Advisor - Housing
Dewsbury (with regular work at the Leeds office*)
£24,184.61 per annum + total reward benefits package
Fixed term contract for 10 months 
Full time - 37 hours per week

Our Housing Liaison Officers act as the first point of contact for all enquiries, providing  high quality assistance to tenants both over the phone and in person.  You’ll be expected to deal effectively and courteously with all customer enquiries including tenancy related issues, neighbour nuisance and estate issues, lettings enquiries, rent account queries, repairs and complaints.  No day is the same – each customer interaction is different!

You’ll also assist with the Thrive community base, administrative tasks and reception cover.  
Highly motivated with great time management skills, you’ll have demonstrable experience of working in a high profile or busy customer service environment. It’s important that you have excellent listening, communication and problem solving skills.   A can do attitude and flexibility in the way you work is also essential!
*the post is office based at Dewsbury but will involve regular travel to our Leeds office (up to 1 day a week).
