Trafford Housing Trust (THT) is an independent Housing Association (HA) providing around 9,000 quality, affordable, homes within the Trafford area of Manchester. We are currently in discussions with London and Quadrant Housing Association (HA), who are one of the largest HA’s in the country. We feel this is a great opportunity for THT to grow. This is an exciting time in ICT Team that now needs to expand its service. With this in mind, we are looking to recruit an ICT Services Coach; a quick learner that loves to help others become proficient with technology and will always look for ways to add value to the team.
Acting as a Technical Service Support Officer but also a Project Support Officer, the successful ICT Service Coach will have a semi-technical background and the ability to assist the Service Desk and other teams to deliver customer centric services; supporting all aspects of product and service lifecycle focusing on project support and hands on customer support.

With experience in an ICT service provision or customer services roles, candidates must be able to learn new IT skills / products and train others to use the same, to optimise their productivity and should be technically proficient in Microsoft Desktop Solutions (ideally Windows 10 and Microsoft Office applications).
Strong interpersonal and communications skills are essential for the role and you must be capable and eager to present and train individuals using a wide range of methods. Any knowledge and experience of ITIL / Prince2 / MSP / Agile would be beneficial. We do ask that you have good written and report writing skills, are very creative and enjoy making supporting materials.
