Estate Agency Sales Negotiator
A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join my clients' dynamic Property Company in Corby.
My client is seeking a motivated, driven and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator who is currently working within Property Sales.
To be successful within this role, you must be presentable, a great communicator - both verbally and written and organised, proactive and reactive.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
Negotiating on sales
Canvassing for new business
Building relationships
Meeting with potential vendors and purchasers
Organising and conducting viewings
Booking in and conducting valuations
Provide excellent customer service
Obtain viewing feedback and close for business
Marketing of properties
Essential Skills/Experience:
Working within Property Sales
Excellent inter-personal skills
Solid IT Skills
Strong Negotiation skills
Target Driven
Driven and ambitious
Excellent organisational skills
In return, my client is offering a competitive basic salary GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 dependent on experience with commission on top, offering on target earnings of GBP30,000
