Customer Service Advisor (Housing Services)



Fixed term contract – 12 month (37 Hours per week)

08:00 – 17:00 - flexible shift pattern

Our client is a not-for-profit housing association providing quality homes across eight local authority areas in the counties of Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.​

Social housing and social impact is at the heart of what they do and they care about customers living in their communities. They need people that can demonstrate empathy and are passionate about great service whilst delivering in a fast paced and high demand environment across multiple channels.

They offer a comprehensive training programme with the aim of being a multi skilled advisor able to deal with the main enquiries of rent account management, tenancy management and responsive repairs.
