The role will require UK and International travel.
What does the role involve?
The Talent & Engagement Partner will have direct ownership over the SIG International Graduate programme, and any additional talent programmes required at Group level across the organisation. This programme will include managing graduates across rotational assignments within branch operations, projects, central services and internationally, and is designed to provide the experience required to excel within the business. The programme will be of a standard to achieve recognition in our industry as a rigorous and value added graduate programme.
In addition, this role will have responsibility for leading and managing the delivery and implementation of Group HR projects such as the Group Engagement Survey and subsequent actions, Group Induction process, and Group ad hoc projects such as those related to Culture, Change Management and Performance Management. Excellent communication, networking and relationship building skills are a must, as well as excellent organisational and analytical skills.
It is likely that you will have a Bachelor degree and relevant HR Qualifications (Full CIPD, or equivalent) with typically a minimum of 2+ years of project management experience at an HR professional level.
