Here at Linc our asset management team are at the forefront of delivering a first-class repairs and maintenance service for our tenants and we currently have a vacancy for an exceptional maintenance officer to be part of that team. Joining a team of 4 other maintenance officers, and being part of the wider asset management family, you will be responsible for delivering a repairs and voids service within a defined geographical area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to build on your existing experience and to be part of our team. You’ll need to be customer focussed with a can-do attitude, possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be technically minded and up to date with health and safety legislation including the Construction and Design Management Regulations.
A minimum HNC in a building related discipline is required for this role as is a driving licence and access to a car as this role will combine working at head office with travel across South Wales, along the M4 corridor.
