The Control Systems / Instrumentation Design Engineer Main Duties:

Wide range & variety of project responsibilities, including:

+ Design & test of electrical & electronic closed loop control systems, Digital & Analogue
+ Interfacing of transducers, control valves & instrumentation
+ Systems integration, test & calibration of control systems

Control Systems / Instrumentation Design Engineer Key Skills & Experience

+ Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering subject or equivalent experience
+ Minimum of 5 years design experience in industry
+ Industrial PC and/or PLC Systems, Data Acquisition, Transducer interfacing, Safety Systems

Desired Skills & Experience

+ AutoCAD 
+ Experience in industrial communication systems
+ Experience with motor / servo control panels
+ Experience with analogue systems and instrumentation
+ Working knowledge of 17th Edition wiring regulations & Machinery Directive
+ High level of PC literacy
