A great opportunity exists for an experienced and commercially minded Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyor (minimum 3 years PQE)
The Succesful Candidate will be in charge of setting up a new Conveyancing division within this well established and fast growing legal firm.
The firm's current divisions include: Personal Injury, Immigration, Medical Negligence and Industrial Disease.
The new Conveyancing division will be a vital addition to the areas of speciality.
You will be dealing with a range of Residential Property Matters Including:
Residential property sales
Re-mortgages
Shared ownership
Right to Buy
Help to Buy
Lease Extensions
You will also be able to deal with review and reporting on Complex titles as well as advising on leasehold matters and management company issues and on equity transfers.
We are looking for the successful applicant to be someone who is accustomed to working on their own initiative and managing all aspects of the role in order to set up the New Division.
The firm is aiming for a paperless environment, so excellent IT skills are essential, as is the ability to work well with a small and closely knit team.
For the right person this position could potentially work part time, and a base salary of up to GBP40,000 (pro rata) is on offer, plus an attractive bonus scheme, paid monthly.
