JOB INFORMATION

Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 per annum

Hours: 09.00 - 17:30

Days: Mon - Fri

Location: Harrow

Project performance Manager Responsibilities:

* Propose and agree in house quality standards and procedures

* Obtain and share performance information on quality standards, agreeing outputs and deliverables and identifying process enhancements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency

* Conduct random internal checks on client project tasks.

* Investigate service shortfalls and quality issues e.g. client complaints / dissatisfaction and identify mistakes or non-conformity issues. Present root cause analysis findings.

* Define user requirements and test/implement systems, processes, procedures, products or services, ensuring these support operational efficiency whilst providing data to meet the changing needs of the business

* Project Manage agreed internal projects that focus on continuous improvement to service delivery, efficiency and team performance
