About the team:

You will be joining the Strategic Staffing team, who are responsible for the day to day management of over 300 contractors. This includes; Generating contracts, on-boarding vendors, requesting and checking compliance documents, setting individuals up on our IT systems, requesting purchase order numbers and picking up contractor issues during their assignments.

Key responsibilities

Tracking contractor finishers on a weekly basis
This person will need to do weekly reporting on contractors that are due to finish. Communicating the end dates to the related Project Managers making them aware their contractor contracts are soon coming to an end.

Extending contractor contracts
Upon confirmation contracts need to be extended and sent out.

Extending contractor PO's
Upon confirmation PO's need to be extended through requests to the UK Procurement Team.

Adjusting contractor PO's
Upon confirmation PO's need to be extended, rates need to be increased or project codes need to be added.

Requesting contractor PO approvals
Requesting various approvals for PO creations prior to sending the PO request to the UK Procurement team.

Extending SAP
Communicating extension dates to the UK Business Operations team so they can extend the end date on SAP (timesheets).

Updating the contractor log book
Tracking contractor movements on a daily basis.

Supporting company audits
Providing data upon request, this can be contracts, PO's or historic emails.

Escalating contractor IT issues
Raise tickets to the IT team on behalf of contractors that are having IT issues.

Overall support Strategic staffing team
Supporting the Strategic Staffing team with adhoc data clean up exercises and data collection for future VMS system.
