Description:
The principal purpose of the role is to generate leads to facilitate sales visits for the BDM team.This is a full-time home-based role with the requirement to work office days as and when required (Birmingham office).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Optimise the number of sales visits for the new business development team
2. To undertake call numbers as specified by line manager ensuring that the balance of calls are concentrated on decision makers
3. 90% new business
4. 10% contacting existing clients
5. Making 640 outbound calls per month - based on 20 working days
6. Generating 16 sales appointments per month
Essential Criteria
• Excellent telephone / interpersonal skills
• Telesales new business experience essential (B2B)
• Experience of working in Further Education (essential)
• Apprenticeship knowledge (essential)
• Good IT skills
• Quality and target driven
