Working with our Client Account Directors and using evidence-based performance evaluation measurements, you will be able to support a vast scope of clients by monitoring and assessing their customer experience. Full training will be provided in all aspects that cover our CX solutions.
Freelance Video Mystery Assessor Opportunity:
The ideal candidate will be a driven individual who can work on their own initiative. This freelance role is a great opportunity for you to work for yourself, maximise your earning potential and travel around the country. The more focussed, driven and accurate you are and the more open to opportunities you are, the more you can earn. It is very much a job of you get out what you put in.
You will be working closely with our internal project teams and our dedicated support teams to ensure you fully understand and follow the scripted instructions in-line with our client's objectives. All training and equipment will be provided*. We have a large team across the country and we are looking for additional team members to support our increasing client portfolio.
The requirements:
-Access to a vehicle and holds a current UK Driving licence (essential).
-Ability to travel (essential).
-Ability to travel nationwide (desirable).
-Time during the working week to complete assignments (essential).
-Access to and be competent with a computer/laptop/mac (essential).
-Great communications skills (verbal and written).
-Good attention to detail and accurate in assessing customer service.
-Strong sense of working independently with a remote support structure.
Equipment:
*We provide specialist equipment and, under a purchase to own scheme (PTO), you will eventually own the equipment. The PTO scheme is based on a small deposit with a small amount returned over a period of time that is generated from the fees paid for the assignments.
Your earning potential could be around GBP150 per day. Earning potential will be based upon completed assignments and payment will be made once the assignment has been approved by our internal teams.
You will need to own your own vehicle and be confident in going undercover to monitor the customer experience for our client base.
