Assistant Operations Director - Communities and Neighbourhoods (East)

Location: East Midlands & Lincolnshire

Salary: Up to GBP76,500, plus excellent benefits

Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, commercially focused individual to help strengthen their Communities and Neighbourhoods team.

Bringing strong leadership abilities and first rate project management skills, you'll work closely with colleagues to identify new opportunities and drive performance.

They want somebody who can:


Work in partnership with the Executive Team to provide leadership of the Group.


Assist the Group Regional Operations Director in providing a high quality Housing service to their customers.


Be responsible for the housing management and operations staff within the East region in the Group, ensuring that targets are met and a customer focused, effective, efficient and responsive housing service is delivered at all times.


Contribute to the development of the Housing operational and strategic plans, supporting corporate objectives and embedding corporate values and behaviours throughout the Group.
