We're recruiting for a Property Manager based in a super busy & successful Lettings & Property Company in City Centre Liverpool.
This is a job that needs someone to hit the ground running & ideally we're seeking some previous Estate Agency / lettings / Property experience - or a relevant admin based Facilities background.
It's a really busy & demanding office based role which will see you managing the maintenance of your properties. It's an involved role that will test your organisational & time management skills!
The Role:
Managing, overseeing & coordinating all aspects of the property maintenance & the associated paperwork & invoicing.
Organising & instructing Contractors.
To inform & keep Tenants & Landlords up to date with all works scheduled.
Again, you must be great at acting on instructions, prioritising & keeping things calm & under your control. It's a great job for someone that's super organised, good at juggling & likes to be busy. You also need to have an optimistic, fun & positive manner & be fantastic with tenants both face to face & via the phone & your attention to detail must be brilliant.

Hours: 8:30am - 5pm & 1 late night pw till 7pm (starts at 10:30am) & 1 Saturday in 3 (shorter working day) with day off in week in lieu.
