Data Asset Administrator
GBP20-23K per annum DOE
Newport
37 hour working week
Are you analytically minded, have experience with reports and data and have an interest in the property market? Do you have a strong background in administration and are looking for your next challenge?
My client, a not for profile organisation based in the heart of Newport is looking for a Data Asset Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting directly into the Asset Data Coordinator, you'll be assisting with the analysis of both data and reports to help increase business performance.
Responsibilities
* Identify, update and cleanse relevant data using a number of data asset systems including PIMSS, KYPERA, RAMIS AND GIS mapping
* Develop user friendly systems to ensure only the most precise and accurate data is stored
* Working closely with a number of internal departments, communicating important and business critical data to help benefit and improve business performance
* Working closely with the Coordinator to ensure all data is accurate and up to date as well as helping to produce accurate information for business needs
* Usage of AutoCAD to update and maintain records
* Complete other duties directed by the Asset Manager and Asset Data Coordinator
Person Specification
* The successful candidate must be analytically minded and have previous experience with reports and data analysis
* Knowledge of operating an Asset Management database
* An experienced, competent user of MS Excel
* Ability to input high volumes of data into IT systems
* Ability to liaise appropriately with all relevant stakeholders
* Experience of using AutoCAD
* Although not essential, experience of using PIMSS would be desirable
The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills and be able to import and export data with ease. You should have a high level of written communication and numeracy skills.
