Our client, a global publishing provider based in London, with an innovative approach, are seeking a Project Editor to join their growing team.

Reporting to the Project Editor Team Leader, the Project Editor will be responsible for supporting and editing multiple projects, from origin to final output. This will include such duties as liaising and co-coordinating with all services throughout the publishing process; maintaining accurate schedules and ensuring the publication projects are completed to a high quality.

Working to agreed time-frames and deadlines the successful candidate will be required to complete editorial checks, provide clear instructions, deal with queries in a timely manner and update scheduling systems and errors accordingly to reflect the product status. Liaising with many, regarding a number of projects, familiarity and understanding of the differing styles and specifications will be key.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, writing and grammar skills; an eye for detail; the ability to work methodically, prioritise, and manage time effectively and also possess good Microsoft Word skills. This is a superb opportunity for a creative candidate with an editorial background, who has a keen interest in working within a company who take an innovative approach.
