Main Purpose of Role

To proactively and consistently strive to identify and obtain new business opportunities, whilst managing and profitably developing client relationships.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

* Maximising the identification, progression and conversion of sales leads

* Working in partnership with clients to establish and forecast recruitment requirements

* Conducting regular sales, operations meetings, visits and related actions

* Organising marketing activities and events in support of the Industrial Manager in collaboration with C&D marketing

* Builds applicant sources through various mediums i.e. CRM, advertising, networking, Job boards etc

* Manages the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the client, candidate and internal colleagues

* Operate in harmony with other C&D business divisions

* Interacting with clients on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction gaining useful feedback and related actions

* Resolving client issues promptly

* Complying with all applicable laws and regulations for the industry

* Comply with all relevant sector specific legislation

* Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities

* Drafting forecasts, business plans and reportable KPI's

* Networking activity to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, and achieve goals

* Adhering to C&D Professional Codes of Practice and REC professional standards

* Comply with company management systems, payroll and billing policies and procedures including accurate database management

* Briefing Service Recruiters and Trainee Recruiters, in support of the Operations Manager, on current service goals, promotions, and other relevant information

* Evaluating Service Recruiter and Trainee Recruiter performance, in support of the Operations Manager and providing daily feedback and coaching on a regular basis.

Skill set

* Demonstrable experience of working in a B2B sales based, customer service recruitment role

* Experience of relevant market sector

* Demonstrable ability to develop business relationships

* Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and demonstrable experience of growing revenues

* Self-motivated and able to identify opportunities

* Ambitious, driven and determined

* Problem solving, influencing, questioning and listening skills

* Complete understanding of industry rules and regulations

* Exceptional customer service skills

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Outstanding organisational skills and good attention to detail

* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
