My client is seeking a Sales Negotiator with 1 years' plus experience and someone looking to continue a long-term career within the industry.
Key duties will include:
Booking and conducting viewings
Booking valuations for the Lister
Liaise with vendors and buyers
Assist with Sales Administration if necessary
Negotiate on Sales
Source for new opportunities
Source for new properties
Generate business
My client is seeking a confident and strong Negotiator who has a proven track record within the industry and is looking to develop their skillset.
To be considered for this position, you must have a full, clean driving licence and own vehicle.
In return, my client will offer a basic salary of GBP18,000 and a lucrative commission structure
