Estate Agency Sales Negotiator
A great opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator in Birmingham. My client is an Independent Estate Agency who are rapidly expanding and looking for new individuals to boost their team.
My client is seeking a Sales Negotiator with a minimum of 1 years' experience. To be successful within this role, you will need to be target-driven, motivated, proactive and hungry to close for business.
Key duties within this role will include:
Meeting and greeting potential customers
Answering calls and servicing these
Answering queries
Following up enquiries
Booking in viewings and valuations
Attending and carrying out viewings
Viewing feedback
Diary management
Negotiating sales
Closing for sales
Sales Administration
To be considered for this position, you must have a full, clean UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
In return, my client is offering a generous basic salary of GBP18,000 - GBP19,000 and on target earnings of GBP25,000-GBP30,000, as well as a company pool car to use for viewings
