We provide the people and solutions to improve public sector organisations.

Having experienced strong growth within our consultancy arm over the past 3 years we are now expanding our recruitment function. We want to set up a dedicated recruitment function and are seeking an experienced individual who can lead both business development and candidate sourcing and placement in this new and exciting area.

Remuneration will be a fixed salary coupled with a generous bonus opportunity based on performance.

Ideally, we are looking for strong public sector experience with the following experience and qualities:

- Experience of Social Care, Education and/or Housing recruitment
- Ambition, can do attitude, work ethic and drive.

The roles and responsibilities of this position will be two-fold;

Candidate Sourcing and Placement

- Source candidates directly through employee referrals, web databases and headhunting via on and off-line social networking
- Candidate management, tracking and liaison
- Interview scheduling and diary management
- CV screening, applicant testing and interviewing

Recruitment Development / Growth

- Working with the business development lead and company partners to build a recruitment development strategy and wider recruitment team
- Identification of business development opportunities
- Preparation and delivery of sales propositions and tenders to sales prospects
- Attendance of client facing meetings to promote and support your business development programme
- Delivery of a marketing communication programme including direct prospect calling and social media interactions
