Are you an experienced Client Insight Manager? Do you have a background in Media / Marketing industry?

A new role has opened for a Client Insight Manager to join a leading Communications agency, recognised globally for helping clients reach and engage targeted audiences globally. This position sits in beautifully modern, spacious offices located in the heart of the city.

As the Client Insight Manager, you will be responsible for being at the forefront of the global media storm assisting organisations make sense of their media and communications landscape. You will produce bespoke solutions shaping media strategy answering vital business questions with data driven decisions.

Previous experience in the following is required:

* Direct line management of Research and Data Analyst's, training and developing junior members of the team and performing data quality control checks to ensure high standards are maintained.

* Act as a role model within the department, promoting best practise and supporting the head of department with implementing improvement opportunities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, defining media analysis requirements and priorities

* Attend client meetings, presenting analysis making recommendations for new analysis service proposals where necessary

* Design and communicate a plan to deliver to the client and brief with agreed time-frames

* Support commercial teams to maximise opportunities for growth

* Proven record of managing large scale ad-hoc programmes and delivering KPI's

* Strong analytical reasoning, interpreting complex information identifying patterns and essential issues

* Excellent Verbal and Written English skills - ability to communicate and present insight in an engaging "storytelling" manner to Stakeholders / Directors

Technical requirements:

* Strong background working within research methodologies - ideally within Quantitative and Qualitative analysis

* Advanced Excel user

* Knowledge of PowerPoint

* Basic knowledge of programming languages such as SQL is desirable, however not essential

* Able to remain calm whilst working under pressure

* Excellent time management

* Keen eye for detail and a meticulous approach to work

* Have a passion for problem solving, able to think outside of the box and consistently look for better ways to improve processes
