We are looking for a HR Administrator with previous experience using CIPHR for a temporary role in Wimbledon fro 2-3 weeks starting from the 17th June.

You will be reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Administrator is responsible for providing a full HR administration service to the HR department and to internal and external customers, acting as a first point of contact for all HR enquiries.

* Log and maintain all HR records in CIPHR - New starters, employee records, employee changes, sickness absence

* Facilitate new starter process - liaise with IT and facilities, create new starter paperwork, update CIPHR records and deliver induction with the HR Manager, monitor probation periods

* Process all types of leave

* Monitor probation periods, trial periods, advising line management of deadlines and process

* Ensure GDPR compliant in all info exchange

* Liaise with payroll to communicate changes within the month

* Generate letters for promotions, resignations, probations, etc.

* Create monthly reports to feed into the monthly HR Board report

* Minute taking in formal meetings

* Advising employees and line managers on our Employee Handbook

* Close leavers, generate paperwork, liaise with payroll, facilities, IT, update systems, schedule and conduct exit interviews with the HR Manager
