I am looking to recruit a Candidate Consultant into our extremely successful team here at Huntress Crawley supporting one of the busiest Tempories Consultants in our business.
This position has constantly changing priorities and I am looking for someone who is able to remain calm under pressure, who is organised and has excellent customer service skills when dealing with both candidates and clients alike.
Duties will include:
* Processing weekly payroll and answering candidate queries regarding pay, holiday p45's etc
* Advertising vacancies across numerous job boards and CV matching to specific capabilities and experience
* Calling and screening potential commercial candidates for general registrations and for open vacancies
* Arranging interviews and emailing accurate information to both candidates and clients
* Formatting documents, sending formal contracts and ensuring all correspondence is recorded accurately on our CRM system
* Putting together marketing material in the form of drop packs, mailshots and themed printed material
