Fyte HR are delighted to be supporting this Surrey based client to hire an interim HR Manager - Restructures (6 month contract) to support a period of global change across the business.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner for 3 key areas of the business you will work with HR, PMO and the business to lead the project plan, co-ordinate and schedule all consultations (collective and individual), collate all required documents and scripts and lead the consultation process itself.
Suitable candidates will likely have a generalist HR background and must have project based experience leading collective and individual consultations. Experience working across EMEA would be beneficial.
