This is a truly exciting opportunity to join LHG as they embark on the next phase of their growth journey. As the Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for providing first class recruitment solutions to LHG's rapidly growing business.
Recruitment Manager - Duties
* To act as an ambassador for the business through all interactions with candidates and internal stakeholders
* To keep a fantastic candidate experience at the heart of all recruitment processes
* Maintain and develop the recruitment strategy.
* Manage and co-ordinate in the recruitment process
* Liaise with recruitment agencies - externally
* Oversee the whole recruitment process
* To upskill onsite managers in recruitment processes to enable them to attract and retain top talent
* Reporting and analysis on recruitment activity, across a number of key KPIs
* Working on campus recruitment
* Introduce apprenticeships, internships to the business to attract young talent
Recruitment Manager - Requirements
* A high performing Recruitment Manager preferably from a Hotel background, should be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering a great recruitment process
* Strong communication skills and able to manage a wide range of relationships
* Ability to be strategic and proactive, finding innovative solutions to resourcing needs
* Ideally 3-4 years of experience in recruitment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
