Facilities Project Manager Circa GBP42K-GBP47K plus benefits

This is a charity with an extensive portfolio across the country. They focus on communities and have a variety of properties to support them.

Your new role
You will be working in the Projects team, delivering all types of works from Lifecycle schemes and establishing new centres. You will ensure compliance standards are maintained and deadlines are met. You will work with key stakeholders and communicate with other departments to manage expectations. You will also delegate some project delivery to consultants and monitor their progress.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience managing FM projects, which includes budgets and contractors used. You will have excellent communication skills, working with stakeholders and tenants. You will have completed some health and safety training such as IOSH or NEBOSH, with practical experience managing safety in a working environment. You will understand the processes and systems used to ensure a project is successful.
