It's no secret that we're an ambitious firm and our vision and our culture truly reflects that. At the heart of this is an outstanding client experience, something that Womble Bond Dickinson prides itself on, and it's something that we've become so well known for. We believe it's what will support the growth of our business, allow us to do rewarding and profitable work and create a sustainable business for our people. Central to all of this are our very talented lawyers, but they couldn't achieve their results without the ongoing support from our Paralegals and client support team who have an essential role to play in growing the business and maintaining efficient and cost effective service delivery on behalf of our lawyers and clients.

Our unique Legal Solutions Centre allows us to do that by providing a flexible centralised resource to free up our highly skilled and experienced lawyers to focus on the high value and complex cases. By working collaboratively with our many legal disciplines across the business, we have allowed our lawyers more time to develop strong relationships and offer a broader, more strategic range of work. This high performing team is expanding as our business continues to grow, and demand for support at this level increases. We are a multi-disciplinary team of administrators, legal executives, paralegals and solicitors, all of which have a wide range of experience and skills.

So what are we looking for?

We're now looking for an Administrator to join this team. It's a varied and exciting role that will see you carrying out a range of activities including the opening and closing of files, carrying out conflict checks for new and existing clients, drafting correspondence, amending documents, billing, client reporting and other associated administration tasks. You'll ideally have previous admin experience, and whilst experience in a legal environment would be an advantage, it is by no means essential. What is essential are first class IT skills (including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and case management systems) and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

What's in it for you?

We know that it's not all about us. You'll want to be assured that this is the right opportunity for you and we really believe that this is a fantastic place to work. You'll be joining a supportive team where you can learn from true leaders in their field and build your experience with access to great quality work and great clients. Supported by a collegiate approach, and firm wide commitment to training and development there are fewer better places to develop your career.

And that's not all, alongside a competitive salary you'll receive a flexible benefits package so you can pick and choose between the benefits that matter most to you.

If you think this is for you, why not get in touch to find out more; my name is Charlotte Hall and you can reach me on .

Through our D&I practices and programmes we work hard to ensure that difference is visibly valued and welcomed. Visit our D&I page to find out more.
