- Windows and Office knowledge

The role will include

- Working to resolve student based issues
- Moodle support
- Support the delivery of training
- Supporting a virtual learning environment
- Develop best practice processes and procedures
- Provide management reporting
- Delivering continuous improvements and changes
- Supporting IT Service Management
- System administration
- Project SME
