Temporary HR admin vacancy Based in York with immediate start

Your new role

This is a short-term temporary assignment lasting for approximately 4 weeks.

  • First line support for HR queries, resolving or escalating as necessary
  • Updating HR systems and database
  • Collating and updating JDs
  • Updating organisation charts (Visio experience appreciated but not essential)
  • Processing purchase orders requisitions
  • Letter preparation and support
  • Recruitment administration including requisition approval, posting of vacancies to job boards, cv sifting and organising interviews
  • General HR administration

Our client is looking for a good HR administrator who is highly organised with strong administration skills, good IT skills on excel, word and visio and who brings a positive can-do attitude who will be happy to join in and support the team. Someone with HR experience and experienced working in a busy team, would be appreciated.
