We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer to join a leading Manufacturer based in Coventry.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic company at the forefront of process measurement instrumentation. As the Company is moving into new areas of technology and growing global sales, they are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their existing team.
Role: Technical Support Engineer

Duties include:
?? Flowmeter calibration and final instrument testing
?? Technical product and support to Sales Team, export customers and distributors
?? Customer product support via phone, web and in person
?? Project engineering for special customer projects
?? Installation and commissioning of instruments and systems
?? Technical assistance for purchasing and order processing
?? Issue of detailed technical and commercial proposals
The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree level within an Engineering/Technical discipline.
You will have the ability to evaluate and solve technical queries and be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
You will be a confident communicator with exceptional attention to detail and possess excellent problem-solving skills along with the ability to work efficiently and to agreed timescales.
Knowledge of Acoustics, Process Control & System Integration would be advantageous along with an interest in industrial systems and how they work. Software skills would also be highly desirable.
