A prestigious and forward-thinking organisation situated in the Wilmslow area are now looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor who has handled case work, recruitment processes and payroll transactions. The successful candidate will be working with a friendly and highly supportive team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Working with line managers providing support focusing on employee relations (pay queries, benefits, disciplinaries etc)
* Provide support and care to staff providing effective wellbeing and attendance management interventions
* Providing advice and presenting options to managers involved in employee relations cases
* Maintain accurate and up to date electronic and manual records which are complaint with legislation
* Ensure that pay, pensions and benefits are processed accurately and efficiently
* Leading the recruitment lifecycle such as: Evaluating roles, selection process, budgets and agency support.
The Successful candidate will have:
* Experience of working within a HR function - experience of ER is essential to this role
* Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and delegate
* Ability to deal with difficult and sensitive situations
* A real team player
Working hours and days: Monday - Friday 37hrs per week
