Key responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Manage the Community Payback Logistics, collating and recording service user attendance records
- Supporting the field team to ensure that Community Payback projects across London are resourced and managed effectively to deliver the outcomes required by London CRC
- Tracking of the use of Agency employees, ordering equipment, and interface with the Community Payback field delivery teams including attending area meetings and project placement administration.
- To support the Operations Manager in managing the budget for staff and resources by keeping clear records.
- Supporting the operation to ensure that service user attendances and failures are recorded accurately on a daily basis.
Skills/experience required:
- GCSE'S in Maths and english at grade C or equivalent
- Ideal candidate will have data entry experience
- Administrative experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication
Must also have a Enhanced DBS issued in the last 3 years to apply.
Hours:
Full time Monday to Friday
