Job Title: HR Business Partner

Location: Weybridge, Woking, Guildford, Byfleet and Chertsey

Salary: Up to GBP37,500 plus bonus and benefits

Evolve Recruitment are recruiting our client who manufactures electronic goods for both Consumer & Business use and is looking for a HR Business Partner. This is a perfect role for a HR Business Partner to join a busy HR team an assume the responsibility for at least one specialist area within a thriving business.

Key Responsibilities:

??As the HR Business Partner, you will conduct regular meetings with business units, consult with line managers and provide guidance when needed.

??Develop solutions, programs and policies by analysing trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team.

??Deal with complex employee relations issues through effective, thorough and objective investigations.

??The HR Business Partner will need to maintain an in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance, you will partner with the legal department if required.

??Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management for coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions.

??Identifying training needs for business units then actioning them is a key part of the HR Business Partner's role.

??Supporting or managing other designated HRM/HRD areas if needed, this will include L&D program implementation, compensation & benefits management, and HRIS/payroll support.

??As HR Business Partner, you will be liaising with Corporate (Korea) and Europe (Frankfurt) HQ, collaborating with internal and external partners for recruitment, compensation and benefits needs and development opportunities.

Key Skills:

??2 to 3 years' experience in HR generalist/junior BP role is essential.

??HR Business Partner who is educated to degree-standard is preferred.

??The ability to demonstrable experience in HR specialisation, such as C&B/L&D/HRIS.

??Proactive nature, attention to detail, ability to solve problems fast and well is ideally for the HR Business Partner role.

??Excellent communication skills; able to manage high volumes of transactional work A relationship developer who can build rapport with key stakeholders.
