A regional business manager role is wanted by a leading agricultural supply business involved in delivering real profit at the farmgate with dairy and beef farmers in Somerset and Dorset. The job entails managing a dynamic sales team concentrating their focus by delivering additional profit for their farmer customers
Within this role you will be responsible for setting and beating targets, developing people and driving growth of business through effective leadership of your sales team
Within this role you will be expected to:
?? Deliver business growth through sales of the company's products and services portfolio.
?? Manage, coach, motivate and energise a team to deliver against key objectives.
?? Identify Key Account prospects, working with your team to develop relationships and individual customer plans to inspire long term partnerships.
Candidate requirements:
The Candidate:-
Will have a background either in the agricultural supply industry or farming industry
Will have experience in managing a team of people either in a business or sales environment
Will have previous experience in managing either sales or a business against a targeted budget on a timely basis
Will have an immense level of energy, determination and a want to develop a legacy for staff and customers alike.
Possess excellent communication, organisation and planning/prioritisation skills.
Possess a strategic mind which is open to developing new ideas and concepts for inspiring staff and customers around. ??
Have previous sales experience within the Agriculture industry preferably ??
Possess good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
Location
Home based with responsibility for an established team in Somerset and Dorset.
