This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced part-time Fimance Administrator to join a successful Financial Planning firm, based out of their Torquay offices. Delivering a high-quality financial planning and investment management service to its valued clients, this firm has built a sound reputation within the industry and is ever growing within the Devon & Cornwall areas.
The office is a very relaxed and fun working environment, where their clients are at the heart of everything they do. They are looking for a driven and motivated individual who has previously worked in an IFA practice and had at least a years' experience in the role of an administrator.
You will be responsible for processing and monitoring complex business, both new and existing. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive team environment where progression is strongly supported.
Candidates need to have:
* Previous experience within a Financial Planning role
* Relevant Industry Qualifications
* Professional communication manner, both written and verbally
* Any Financial Services qualifications are preferred
* Extensive experience of working with all Microsoft Office products
* Experience of delivering accurate, relevant and timely information
My client will only consider candidates who have at least 12 months experience as an IFA Administrator or if you are a Pensions, Mortgage or Employee Benefits Administrator who would like to develop and train towards becoming an IFA Administrator? Does this sound like you?
