Multi Skilled Engineer (electrical or mechanical bias)

The main duties and responsibilities are:
To undertake planned maintenance & reactive calls to a wide range of electrical and mechanical building systems
Completion of PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks in a timely and professional manner
Fault diagnosis and investigation
Correct completion of Job Sheets/ CAFM issued tasks; as required by the Client
To undertake basic multi trade activities upon mechanical, electrical and building fabric
Comply with the company's operational procedures; understand and comply with Engie Health & Safety policies and at all times, work in a safe manner
To Liaise with clients and or Service Engineers on site in a knowledgeable and professional manner
To keep up to date with technical changes, techniques and develops within the industry
Work with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
Carry out any other ad hoc duties within the responsibility
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role is with formal qualifications is essential.
Possession of 17th Edition qualifications in testing and inspection is desirable.
A professional and courteous manner is required at all times; ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, managers and customers.
Excellent organisational skills; the ability to manage and organise heavy workloads, prioritising relevant business and client needs
Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to understand and liaise with others
The role requires the ability to gain government CTC clearance.
