Senior Support Worker 
Up to £11.19ph + Individual and Corporate bonus 
37 hours per week 
Based at Miners Court, Redruth

The Role: 

We currently have a brilliant job opportunity here at Miners Court. Whilst providing unobtrusive care and support, including all aspects of personal care and daily living, to customers in their own home, you will also be a shift leader. 

Responding to emergencies, allowing access to the building to visitors and providing advice and guidance to team members, the successful candidates will require the ability to remain calm under pressure and act decisively with tact and diplomacy. 

You will undertake shifts on a 2 week rolling rota to include evenings and weekends and be based in one location. You will also be on call 1 week in 5.
