Main responsibilities will be to lead and support the Domestic Abuse Team and Job Coaches in the day to day management and delivery of specialist contracts and agreements, including managing agents, domestic abuse and Building Better Opportunities (BBO) projects.
 
Assisting in the delivery of the Community Investment Strategy to reduce poverty and provide support to families affected by unemployment and welfare reform. You will assist in providing positive outcomes for our customers, helping them move into sustained employment and/or training opportunities.
 
Holding a professional qualification in advice and guidance (or similar), you will have experience of success of working with groups who can be difficult to engage and will have previously been involved in multi-agency working to maximise the delivery of services.  Experience of delivering complex contracts and understand the reporting requirements is essential.
